Weissburgunder - Pinot Bianco
This variety has been cultivated in South Tyrol for over a century and has become a reference point for our wines. Depending on the vintage, its aromatic complexity develops flavours of apple, peach, apricot or pear. Its acidity and mineraltiy are convincing on the palate: it is one of South Tyrol's best-loved wines.

Chardonnay
This French variety is characterized by its finely-fruited, typical aroma with notes of ripe tropical fruits. South Tyrol is the perfect place to develop its fresh taste and balanced full body.

Pinot Grigio
This elegant white wine has its origins in Burgundy. It has a pleasant aroma, a fresh, smooth taste and is unobtrusively flowery.

Müller Thurgau
This flavorsome white wine planted in higher locations that are not excessively warm. With its intensive aroma, with typical hints of nutmeg, it has a fresh and gently aromatic taste.

Gewürztraminer
Very typical of the variety, this is an aromatic white wine that originates from South Tyrol. Where it finds warm and sun exposed soils, its aroma is exceptional, pleasantly tangy and slightly sweet. Golden yellow in colour with unmistakable scents of rose petals and spices such as pepper, nutmeg and cloves.
